All shipping in US is free, and shipped through USPS with insurance included. All shipping to other countries outside the US is your choice, between USPS, or UPS. Once an order is received it will take 1-3 days to package it and get it shipped out. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.
Return Policy
Sometimes things happen...
I pride myself on providing outstanding customer service in order to guarantee that all of my clients are 100% satisfied. If you need to return an order or item it must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email me at sweetpinksweetpea@gmail.com and describe in detail why you need to return your item and include relevant pictures. Refunds will be issued at my discretion. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will issued within 2 days of my receiving you package. All returns should be shipped to PO box 9241 Forestville, CT 06010
Any returns after 30 days will not receive a full refund.
